1. Scope of Services
AJ Infotech provides architectural visualization services only — including 3D rendering, walkthrough animation, exterior, interior, elevation and landscape visualization. We do not provide architectural design, structural engineering or construction services.
2. Client-Supplied Material
Clients must have the rights to any drawings, designs or reference material supplied to us. AJ Infotech is not responsible for verifying design ownership or accuracy of supplied drawings.
3. Quotations & Payment
Quotations are valid for the period stated at the time of issue. Projects typically begin upon receipt of an agreed advance payment, with balance due on or before delivery, as set out in the project agreement.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, confirmed at quotation. Revisions beyond this scope may be billed additionally.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final delivered renders become the property of the client for the agreed use. AJ Infotech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
AJ Infotech's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific project in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra having jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a signed project contract.
