DWG vs SketchUp: What We Need From Your Drawings

The single biggest factor in project turnaround time isn't the rendering itself — it's the completeness of the drawings we start from. Dimensioned CAD files (DWG/DXF) with clear floor plans, elevations and sections let our modeling team work fastest. SketchUp and Revit files are also welcome and often save us a modeling pass entirely.

Whatever format you send, the details that matter most are: accurate dimensions, material call-outs, and at least one reference elevation per facade you want rendered.
